Vortex - This is one of the most misused definitions in the Ghost Hunters World.  The appearance of a vortex is captured on photograph.  It can appear in several shapes.  One resembles a telephone cord, another a twisted Birthday Streamer, ropes, striped ropes, or smooth tubular shapes.  All of them usually come in a variety of brilliant colors.

This photo was taken during Private Home Case 8.  This photo was taken toward the burnt remains of an old family barn.  It is unknown as to whether the vortex or traveling orb is moving from the center to the left of the photo or vice versa - Taken with an Olympus D-360L Digital Camera - Dee Ann

Possible vortex taken at the ruins of a burnt farmhouse. It was reported that during the fire, a firefighter saw an apparition of a man standing beside another firefighter while looking through thermal goggles.

A very bright vortex was captured in one of the treatment rooms where there were also 2 EVP's recorded in this area saying "With A Shield" and "Like A Dog". Private Home Case #28.
