Ghost Mist/Fog - This is a fog/mist appearance that shows up on photographs and is not visible to the naked eye.  A feeling of a presence, cold chill, smell, and phantom footsteps are some of the senses that can be felt prior to capturing these phenomena on photos. There are many things that can cause false ghost mists such as your breath in cold weather, exhaust from a running car, smoke from a fire or cigarette, etc. Be sure to eliminate any natural causes before concluding that a photograph contains ghost mist.

This photo of ghost mist was taken at a cemetery a few night after it had been vandalized.

This photo of ghost mist was taken with a 35mm camera and black and white film. An interesting EVP was recorded at the time this photo was taken during Private Home Case #47. Misty felt that a soldier was leading her into the woods. Listen to the EVP that was recorded at the time: "Are you looking at me, are you looking at me?" in which Misty replied, "I'm not looking at you, I just want to take your picture." The EVP adds credibility to the photograph.
