RECORDED EVPS August 9 & 10 - 31 EVPS September 12 - 34 EVPS March 19 - 18 EVPS March 20 - 12 EVPS Several of these EVPs were recorded on more than one recorder. RECORDED EVPS 08-09-03 = During the reading conducted by Joyce, a female voice is captured in the children’s bedroom saying, "Come Up In The Light." The following EVPs were recorded in the sewing room between 11:45 p.m. and 1:15 a.m. = A female voice saying "We’re Hiding" was recorded while the MPR team was conducting EMF readings in the sewing room. = An EVP which sounds likes someone yelling "Sarah." It is unknown rather this is a male or female voice. The MPR team did not all agree that this EVP was saying "Sarah" so this one is open to interpretation. No one was in the house at the time this EVP was recorded.   The following series of EVPs were recorded in the children’s room between 11:45 p.m. and 1:15 a.m. = While Joyce and Misty were upstairs tending to their camcorders a male voice was recorded saying "No" followed by a dragging sound. There were no males present in the house at the time. = Closely following the above recording another EVP was recorded which sounded like a man saying the name "Harry". = Misty made a comment to Joyce about having a big orb over her head and this comment was followed by a male voice saying "Yeah." = Just before Misty and Joyce left the children’s room, a male voice was recorded saying, "Kill Him." = Brenda entered the house to check equipment and a female voice was captured on tape saying, "Go Get The Two of Them." This was recorded about 1:05 a.m., just prior to the unexplained event that soon followed in the children’s room. Brenda left the house and returned with Misty and Dee Ann.   The following EVPs were recorded just prior to and during the event that occurred in the children’s room. Only Misty, Dee Ann and Brenda were present in the house during the time. These recordings were captured between 1:15 and 2:00 a.m. = As Misty was giving her reading in the children’s room, Brenda asked why the men covered the windows and mirrors. While she was asking this question, you could hear a man talking in the background. He said, "I’ll Cover You." This was followed by a male voice saying "Yeah." Because the first comment was hard to hear, two audios have been made of this EVP, one of the full conversation and one condensed version with only "I’ll Cover You" in order to segregate this comment. = The next EVP recorded in the children’s room was possibly the voice of Katherine which said, "Hear Em? Here They Come….Help Me, I’m Dyin." This was recorded just after Misty’s camcorder shut off. The footsteps you hear are Misty’s as she’s checking on her camcorder. = A male voice was recorded in the children’s room that sounded like it is saying, "It’s Just Like Killing Hogs." = As Misty turned to come back into the children’s room, you heard the same female voice saying, "Stay Out Of Here." = Misty continued with her reading and was picking up on a woman who knew something about the murders. She stated that this woman had a funny name when an EVP was recorded in the parent’s room of a male voice saying "Shall We Tell Her?" A few moments later another EVP was recorded of a male voice which sounded like he said, "Whipple." It is believed that the female Misty was picking up on was Vina Thompkins who was the sister of Harry Whipple. = Misty then began to pick up on a big burly man who was responsible for the murders. She stated that he was trying to give her his name. A male voice was recorded saying "Dona." Although the burly man was probably Frank Jones, it was rumored that his daughter-in-law, Dona was having an affair with Joe Moore. = The next EVP recorded sounded like a female moaning or saying "Ohhhhh." This EVP was recorded on all three recorders running at the time: the parent’s room, the children room and the sewing room. = As the event began to unfold in the children’s room, Misty became upset with what she was seeing and approached the murderer. When she reached out for him, she was standing directly in front of the tape recorder in the children’s room. She said that he did not want her to touch him and made a gesture for her to get away from him. The following EVP was recorded of a male voice during this attempt at physical contact and was very loud and clear on the tape, "How Ya Doin? Can’t Get Over The Waste In Here For a Minute, ahhh." It is unknown rather this was a comment made to Misty or to his accomplice but because of the loudness of this recording, it is believed that he must have been standing very near the tape recorder. This EVP was accompanied by the grease and oil smell and was also recorded on the tape recorder located in the parent’s room. = Misty continued to describe what was happening in the bedroom during the event. She stated that they drug Katherine out of the attic and threw her on her brother’s bed. An EVP of a male voice was captured immediately following Misty statement saying, "NO……….On Her Bed." Again, it is not known if the murderer was correcting Misty or if he was giving an instruction to his accomplice. The "No" part of this EVP was much louder than the 2nd half of the statement and was also recorded on the recorders in the parent’s room and in the sewing room. = The next EVP recorded in the children’s room was of a male voice which said "Lay Down". = Following this EVP there was silence and then you can hear the sound of "Dripping Blood." In order to hear this dripping as we heard it, the background noise created by the recorder was removed. = After this event, Misty, Dee Ann and Brenda went outside around 2:00. The house was empty when the following EVPs were recorded. These EVPs were very difficult to interpret because they sounded as if they had drifted up through the parlor vent into the children’s room. These recordings required allot of clean up in order to interpret what was being said. We do not like to present EVPs that require clean-up but felt these may be important regarding the unsolved murders. During the time that these were recorded, you could hear footsteps upstairs and what sounded like things being moved around. The EVPs were all male voices and occurred in the following sequence: "Harry" "Harry, Come Help Me" "Harry, Come Help Me" "Terrified" "They Already Told Me…Dead"   The following EVPs were recorded after the team entered the house a little while later: = Joyce and Brenda went upstairs to change the battery on her camcorder. Joyce made a comment when she thought Brenda was going to leave her in the room by herself. A male voice was recorded responding to that comment with "How Come?" There were no men upstairs during this time. = As guest investigators, Jeff and Mike ascended the stair way, a male voice was recorded in the parent’s room saying "Oh, They’re Smelly". Neither Jeff nor Mike made any comments as they were coming up the steps.

RECORDED EVPS 09-12-03     A total of 34 EVPs were recorded during the investigation on September 12. Kathy’s (guest psychic) Reading (These EVP’s were recorded just after arriving at the house during our guest psychic’s reading.) Male Voice: "Right Now…..Back Off." This EVP was recorded while Kathy ascended the stairway shortly after arriving. Male Voice: "And Watch How You Say It" Kathy had just finished telling us about the murderer’s attitude. The following EVPs were recorded between 1:35 a.m. and 4:30 a.m. KITCHEN (These EVPs were recorded in the following order during Joyce’s reading upstairs, between 12:35 a.m. and 2:05 a.m.) Elder Female Voice: "Oh Yes" Male Child Voice: "It’s Okay" This was recorded just prior to the 2:00 train Elder Female Voice: "Where It Gets Hot" (These EVPs were recorded in the following order just after Joyce’s reading upstairs) Male Voice: "Let It Go" Male Voice: "He’s Coming to Take Care of You" also another male voice can be heard in the foreground saying "Harry" Male Voice: "Dang, What Stain is That" Male Voice: "And I Don’t Like It" This was recorded when Jeff and Joyce were discussing their dislike of staying overnight in the house. (These EVP’s were recorded in the following order after Jeff and Mike left the house and Jerry went to sleep in the car. No men were present in the house during this time.) Male Voice: "Ahh, Now Come One With It, Ahh" Male Voice: "Put Out Their Light" This was recorded as Kathy was blowing out the light in the parlor. The same EVP was picked up on the recorder in the Sewing Room. Male Voice: "Don’t Forget Silence" Male Voice: "Helpless" Male Voice: "I Can’t See" Male Voice: "Look Where The Hand Is….Don’t Get Near It." Male Voice: "Quit Talking With Them" SEWING ROOM These EVPs were recorded in the Sewing Room between 3:05 a.m. and 4:35 a.m. and in the following order: Male Voice: "Move It More Than That" This was recorded just after Brenda set up EVP in the sewing room. No males were present in the room. (These EVP’s were recorded in the following order after Jeff and Mike left the house and Jerry went to sleep in the car. No men were present in the house during this time.) Male Voice: "Do You Want Those Hands Up There….Get Her" Male Voice: "I’m Gettin My Share Of It" Male Voice: "There’s The Lantern" Male Voice: "Good" Male Voice: "Put Out Their Light" This was recorded as Kathy was blowing out the kerosene lantern in the parlor. The same EVP was picked up on the recorder in the Kitchen. Male Voice: "I Want To Be Sure Of It" PARLOR (This EVP was recorded while no men were present in the house) Male Voice: "They Lit The Candle"     CHILDREN’S BEDROOM (These EVPs were recorded between 12:35 a.m. and 2:05 a.m.) Male Voice: "I Missed A Kid" Child’s Voice: "Where Should I Go" Male Voice: "I Want To Repay You." This was recorded while Joyce was showing Jeff and Mike how to use a crystal. Male Voice: "See Em Drop Dead" PARENT’S BEDROOM (These EVPs were recorded between 12:35 a.m. and 4:15 a.m.) Male Voice: "Use Your Axe" Male Voice: "They Did It" Male Voice: "The Brat" Male Voice: "Grab One"

RECORDED EVPS 03-19-04 A total of 18 EVPs were recorded during the investigation on March 19. No audible EVPs recorded in Children's Bedroom PARENT'S BEDROOM: = A girls voice is recorded just after the 1st train whistle is heard but we were unable to make out what was said. Listed as "Unknown". = Misty asked Brenda "Harry wants to know if you’re going to help him." EVP of male voice "That’s mean". Brenda then responds, "Who me?" = Misty is checking room with EMF meter when a male voice is recorded saying, "This is unreal. I thought I could handle it." = Misty felt that Ron was restless and needed grounding. After grounding him, she asked him how he felt. He responded with "Good". A male voice is recorded saying, "Very comfortable." Followed by a 2nd male voice saying "Like a Graveyard." Ron then comments again with "Relaxing". = Brenda heard someone whisper in her ear in the parents room. Just before she asks Misty if she heard it, a male voice is heard saying what sounds like "Awhooo". Misty also heard this whisper and commented that her hair was standing up. A wet sheet smell accompanied this incident. = Ron laid down to sleep in the parents room. Just before a train whistle is heard a male voice is recorded saying, "Hear it, Get Up." PARLOR: = Misty asked Dee Ann to go to the cellar with her to get her camera. A male voice is recorded saying, "Don’t Follow Her". = While everyone was outside the house, a male voice is recorded saying, "You’re Wrong." = Joyce and Misty had just finished discussing the bugs in the parlor when a male voice is recorded saying, "June Bugs." = The group was discussing the failure of the residual to come through when Joyce commented "That residual may happen once….and then maybe it won’t happen for a year." A male voice is recorded saying in response, "How Do You Know." = As Joyce and Misty were gathering their blankets to go upstairs, a male voice is recorded saying: "I’m gonna make her real sad" followed by another male voice saying, "Ya think, do ya?" This happened just prior to Brenda coming in and getting zapped with an overwhelming sense of sadness which dropped her to her knees. KITCHEN: After everyone had gone upstairs for the remainder of the evening, 2 EVPs of male voices were recorded in the kitchen: = "Let’s Split, It’s Time" = "Watch" SEWING ROOM: = "No" This was recorded when no one was in the house = Brenda heard a whisper behind her and that whisper was recorded on audio. It was a male voice saying, "I Heard You." = While no one was downstairs, a male voice is recorded saying, "Oh yeah, why that’ll be good dinner, right there." The murderers may have been discussing the slab of bacon which was found in this room.
