The home is a 3 bedroom raised ranch that was built in the early 1970's. The home is located near the site of the original railway that came through the town. Also, many early manufacturing businesses were located nearby, such as a sawmill, a flourmill, train depot, etc. According to a 1895 plat map, a home was located on almost the exact same spot where the current home now sits, along with three other homes located to the north, south and east. It is not known when this original house was torn down, but during the latter 1900's the land was used as farmland. A park located nearby has been the site of town celebrations for many, many years.

· Homeowner heard something that sounded like music coming from the living room.

· The refrigerator and freezer doors have been found opened on many occasions, sometimes spoiling the food inside.

· The homeowner has had trouble sleeping since he first moved into the home. Something seems to always wake him in the middle of the night.

· Walking into kitchen finding all cabinet doors open.

· Walkout door to garage opening/closing on its own.

· Stomping sound outside of bedroom door in hallway.

· Several items turned up missing; a pair of eye glasses missing for 2 weeks, found later inside the clothes washer after numerous loads had already been done; a Tupperware bowl missing for 6 months, later found under the bed.

· Homeowner's sister feels sadness in the home.

· Drastic temperature differences from bedroom to living room; homeowner would walk out of bedroom, into the living room, feeling the need to put on a jacket.

· A temperature change was noticed in the guest bedroom. This room was an interior room and located on the east side of the house.

· Many background conversations were picked up on EVP, however only 8 EVP's were distinguishable. 2 EVPs were recorded in the kitchen, both of a female voice and both while everyone was in the back of the house. One says "I Swear to God" and the other one says, "Who Are You?" The living room seemed to be the most active location for conversation and 6 EVPs were recorded there. When the male homeowner was explaining his sleeping difficulties to the team, a male voice is heard in the background making a (sighing sound). Another male voice was later recorded saying "I Hear Em"  just prior to the clearing. The other 4 EVPs were female voices. One says "Help Out". This was recorded when Joyce was telling the spirits that we were there to help them make the transition into the light. A female voice was recorded saying, "Charlie". This EVP almost sounds like someone is calling Charlie in for dinner as the "lee" in Charlie's name is stressed. When the team was discussing taking more pictures, a female voice is recorded saying, "They Took It". The most interesting EVP recorded was of a female voice saying, "Oh, How You Do It With Visual Mind, Half Annoys Me". This was recorded when one of the homeowners guests was asking Joyce what it was like to be a psychic.

· 14 orbs were recorded during a 30 minute taping session while Joyce was conducting her reading. 11 of those orbs were recorded in the master bedroom crossing over the bed where the homeowner had reported having trouble sleeping, 2 orbs were recorded in the guest bedroom and 1 orb in the kitchen.

· Someone who once lived in the home was handicapped and was in a wheelchair part of the time. This may have been an older gentleman who came to visit someone who was sick in the home. He had been hurt in an accident and needed help walking. A guest of the homeowner stated that a previous owner had a son who was handicapped. She thought he had Downs Syndrome. Joyce indicated that this was not the same one but from the same family. The older gentleman died first and the handicapped son died soon after.

· Someone named Tom spoke to Joyce as she arrived at the house. He hangs around the house. The house is very crowded with spirits.

· There is a little old lady in the kitchen with dark hair. She's the one who opens the refrigerator. She doesn't understand why you put things in the big box. I see her working with kettles, boiling water and making huge pots of mush, beans and all kinds of stuff. Her name is Katie and she is responsible for allot of the activity in the house. Her husband's name was Kenneth and there was also a black woman here who wore a dark doo-rag around her head.

· Someone who lived in the house had four or five animals. These animal spirits are responsible for making allot of the noises in the house. A big dog jumps on one of the doors.

· There was another house that used to sit back behind this one. Homeowner confirmed that the property was once used as farmland and that the farmhouse was located in the direction that Joyce indicated. He also said that he thought that the farms barn was located where his house now sits.

· The area was a very busy area, lots of animals around. There was a circus that came through. The railroad brought in some of the circus wagons and one of them had the top cut out so a giraffe could stick its head through the hole. The home is located very near the original railroad tracks that once ran through the town and also near a park which has been used for the town celebrations for many years.

· One of the spirits in the home tickles the feet of the homeowner during the middle of the night. The homeowner has reported being awakened during the middle of the night on a nightly basis since moving into the home.

· Feel very "closed in" in this room (master bedroom). A lady in this room named Grace was very ill.

· There was another building located here a long time again. Early town-plat maps show a structure located on the site.

· I see piles and piles of wood, possibly wood from a sawmill. They are stacked like they are going to be loaded on a train or sold to the railroad. The home is located near the site of an old sawmill that was in operation during the mid-to-late 1800's and also near the old railroad tracks.

· A male spirit said, "There's at least 14 of us, ya know?"

· The railroad was used by the Union Army to move supplies. There was allot of activity associated in the town with the Civil War. They moved their cannons and horses by rail.

· Someone was operated on. They had been shot in the chest. This was a wounded Civil War soldier who was brought in. There was an encampment on the property and they treated the wounded here. That's why this room is so cold. This reading was given in the guest bedroom where a temperature change was noted.

· There is a man in the guest bedroom who has whiskers, thick eyebrows, a heavy mustache and beard. His hair is gray but he's not old. He has on a brown flat top hat and he's got a gray colored coat on, but it's not a Confederate coat. He said, "Ya wanna see somethun?" and he held his head up and pointed to his left cheek. They had to take out his tooth and he died from infection. This may be the man who said his name was Tom. I don't know rather his toothache was from infection or if he got hit with something. He said it hurt from his jaw clear up to his eye and that they took it out. He also said not to tell anyone but that when he got hurt, he was watching some gold that was being shipped. He may have been trying to tell me that's how his tooth got hurt.

· As Joyce was explaining to the spirits that a clearing was going to take place, she said that a woman said, "Get out the Bibles." This woman said she died of the miseries of her stomach. She had a huge growth of some kind on her right side.

A clearing was performed with all present participating in the clearing circle. Homeowner reports no more problems, even temperatures throughout the home and is able to sleep continuously through the night without being awakened.
