It is in the process of renovation by current owner. Home was used as 

"The Church of God" for 20 years

• 1. Owner's younger son saw a shadow and heard footsteps going up the stairs
  one day after returning home from school, he was alone in the house
• 2. Older son slept on sofa in living room and woke up with scratches and
  puncture wounds on his body

• 3. Older son saw apparition of a black man dressed in 1920's style clothing
  at foot of stairs. This apparition was telling him to "Get Out." This was witnessed by a friend of his who was staying over that night.
• 4. Owner heard conversation between a man in woman one night while lying
  in her bed. This conversation was accompanied by the clanking of glasses, such as in toasting. She also thought that woman's voice sounded like her own.
• 5. Owner heard footsteps in home while she was alone.
• 6. Activity reported to be mainly on first floor.
  
  

  Reported Findings and Experiences

• Team member, Brenda, saw shadow of a human form about 5'4" tall
  standing on landing while ascending the steps to the attic. This shadow
  darted into the attic room. A few minutes later, team member, Cecelia
  saw movement out of the corner of her eye in same area.
  
• Various cold air movement was felt by team members, these occurred
  on attic stair-landing, living room and daughter's bedroom. Owner
  reported feeling these unexplained cool air movements on many occasions..
  
• An attendee experienced trouble with her camera malfunctioning
  while taking photos, this problem was remedied when she asked for permission
  to take photographs.
  
• An attendee, while sitting alone in the darkened living room, heard creaking  noises coming from above and from the window behind her.
  
  
  Psychic Reading:
  Team Psychic, Joyce Morgan and her husband attended this investigation and
  Joyce did a reading of the property in conjunction with the MPR investigation:
  
  
• In the storage room, Joyce detected that this area was once an alleyway
  during the 1840's through the 1860's. The alleyway divided the local tavern
  and a hotel. She said that much activity took place in this area and gave
  the name of two spirits present, Edgar and Sadie. Sadie was a dance-girl for
  the tavern. She also heard piano music.
• The owner reported that she had always been fond of the name Sadie and
  liked to dance. She recalled dressing up in frilly clothes and dancing for
  her grandfather. Joyce told her that she had been this Sadie in a past life.
• On the first level of the home, she picked up the tavern. She also felt
  that the wooden floor in the dining room was part of the original floor from
  the tavern. Owner reported that the floor in this area was much more scuffed
  and worn than the wooden floors in the rest of the house. While standing on this
  floor, Joyce detected that there were 5 dance-hall girls associated with the tavern.
• The name of Marguarita was detected in the daughter's upstairs bedroom.
  Good vibrations were felt in this room. This Marguarita was not associated with
  the tavern.
• Joyce felt many spirits in the son's bedroom but felt that they were an
  imprint on time. The vibrations were also good in this room.
• In the spare bedroom, now being used as a work room, Joyce detected much
  laughter and good times. Again, she felt this room contained an imprint on time.
• While ascending the attic steps, Joyce felt a spirit rush past her. She
  felt that it wanted to protect something in the attic and to arrive there
  ahead of her.
