Brief Home and Property Description:

One story ranch home built about 1995 in rural area

History:

The current owners bought the home in March, 2001. They are the 3rd family to reside in the home.  The original male owner of the home died from injuries he received in a work accident in Sept, 2001.

Additional history research is pending.

Current Owner Reporting:

+ Sept 26, 2001: Female home-owner was preparing to go to bed for the night when she heard a mumbling noise, something like a radio. While looking at the clock on dresser, she saw something pass in front of the clock, blocking out the digital numbers as it did so. A few seconds later, her son yelled, "I see you standing there." She asked him about his comment the next morning and he said that he thought she had walked into his room.

+ Oct 8, 2001: Heard the hallway creaking and a "rainstick" type noise which was very soothing.

+ Nov 5, 2001: Heard a thumping noise as if something bumped against bed.

+ Nov 6, 2001: Heard a high pitch ringing, something similar to the sound of playing crystal glasses. The noise was circling around the living room but stopped when husband walked in.

+ Nov 7, 2001: Heard thumping noises traveling from master bedroom to son's room. Went into son's room and saw hanger in closet swinging back and forth.  Later that evening, it sounded as if something fell in the living room.

+ Nov 8, 2001: Son reported seeing a black wisp in a football shirt pass by his room. Moments later, a hanger in his closet began swinging again as if someone had just pulled something off of it.

+ Nov 10, 2001: Was awakened by the sound of a conversation. The dominant voice was that of a female.

+ Nov 11, 2001: Watched black spot hovering in corner near the ceiling in the master-bedroom, also felt cold breezes blowing across shoulder while lying in bed. Early that evening cat was frightened by something and ran from the hallway.

+ Nov 14, 2001: Again, watched black spot hovering in corner of master bedroom and felt cold breezes blowing across shoulder. Also heard a knocking noise and a man's voice. Two light bulbs blew out in son's room.

+ Nov 15, 2001: Again, watched black spot hovering in corner of master bedroom.

+ Nov 16, 2001: Heard strange noises coming from the attic and heard the sound of running water, such as a shower running. Was awakened by another conversation with the dominate voice being a female. Became frightened and left the house for the evening. Spent the remainder of the night sleeping on sofa at place of work.

+ Nov 17, 2001: 4 light bulbs blew just prior to MPR team arriving to conduct investigation.

Reported Findings and Experiences:

+ All team members felt a heavy presence throughout the house, mainly in the master bedroom and son's room.

+ Multimeter had readings of 7+ at various locations throughout the home

+ 36 orbs were captured on infrared video throughout the investigation.  15 orbs were filmed in the basement storage area, 14 orbs in the master bedroom, 6 orbs in the living room and 1 orb in the elder son's room. All but two of these orbs were filmed during Psychic Joyce's reading.

+ Also captured on video in the living room, was a very high frequency sound, much like described by home-owner as crystal sounding. This whirring sound lasted for about 30 seconds and seemed to be moving around the room in a circle. This sound was not heard during filming.

Psychic Reading:

A reading and clearing of the property was conducted by team Psychic, Joyce Morgan on the night of the investigation. The following is a translation of the Reading:

+ Upon entering the house, Joyce first detected a ghost named Dailey. He was a Confederate soldier, had high, hollow cheek bones and crooked teeth that were rotting on the right side. He guided Joyce through the house and trying to show her something. Eventually, he led Joyce to the light cord located in the closet of the son's room. This is the same closet where the homeowner reported the hangers

swinging. He asked Joyce to turn on the light. After awhile of turning the light on and off, Joyce decided that he was trying to tell her he was ready to go to the light.

+ A ghost named Jodie was contacted in the Master Bedroom. She was wearing a bonnet, long gown and carrying a washboard. Joyce said that she was rather bossy.  Jodie died in April, 1922 and was a Quaker from Pennsylvania. Joyce could not pick up the name of the town that she traveled from, but sounded something like Hannahsburg. Her last name may have been Winegar.

+ Another ghost named Polly also spoke with Joyce but no details were given.

+ The land may have been used as a campground at one time. Joyce spoke with a male ghost who had lost his leg just below the knee. I was on crutches and driving a 20 mule team.

+ Another male ghost was detected. This one was wearing a badge of some sort, had a dark, thin beard and was walking through an empty field. He did not tell Joyce why he was there.

+ Joyce also spoke with a male ghost who claimed to have injuries in the abdomen area, one of those injuries being a crushed pelvis. He was disoriented and may have been an alcoholic. The homeowner felt this may have been the previous owner.

+ Joyce said that there were 3 Native American graves located at the back of the property. They were not given a traditional Indian burial but we buried the white man's way, which indicated that they were probably buried after white man settled the territory.

+ In the basement of the home, Joyce was contacted by a spirit named Pritchard who told her that he was the "Master of Ceremonies" at some meeting held upon the grounds. No other details were given.

+ Joyce was contacted by another spirit in the basement who wished to give the homeowner a message. His name was something like Armon or Armendale. His last name may have been Hilliard or Hilyard. He was a soldier in WWII who was injured during the war but did not die there. He claimed to have a chest wound, a hurt hip, left thigh, and right shoulder. He was awarded the "Cross of Valor" and the medal was pinned to his chest. He also claimed that his troop was the 42nd ?? During the war, he kept a diary and was very concerned about this diary getting lost or forgotten about. Joyce described the diary as leather bound with a strap that folded over it and either buckled or snapped. She said the diary was located in an old trunk and that the homeowner needed to keep looking and checking all possibilities until it was found.

Photos:

This photo captured a bright orb "pushing" on Joyce's back - Joyce detected a ghost named Daily, stating he was pushing her - he then guided her through the house to the closet in the son's room to the light cord where eventually it was understood that he was signaling he was ready to go to the light - This is also the area where Joyce detected a male ghost wearing a badge of some sort, with a dark, thin beard and walking through an empty

 field
