Brief Property Description:

Large 4 story building with basement

History:

The building was built between 1884-1886 as a paper mill

factory. It is located near the Missouri River and the town of

St Joseph is rich in history with early settlers and trading along

the river. It is noted for the many fur-traders and Indians who

conducted business along it’s banks.  A man was beheaded by

a dumb-waiter in the building sometime early in the building’s

history.

Current Owner Reportings:

MPR was unable to obtain a report of any activity reported by current

business owners. This investigation was conducted for the purpose of a

Halloween special for the media involved so therefore a formal interview

was not conducted.

Red Spirit Energy captured on the 4th floor of the building as Joyce, Misty and Taylor stand in the background.

Red Spirit Energy captured inside the elevator with our psychic friend Misty and Taylor from K-JO 105.5 FM.

Tiffany from TV station KQ2 looks up in the elevator as spirits begin to surround her.

Misty and Joyce sitting with some spirits in the back of the hearse owned by Mad Mary's Haunted House.

The spirits remained as Misty and Joyce exited the hearse, not realizing an actual skeleton was lounging behind them.

A view of the hearse owned by Mad Mary's Haunted House - The spirits seem to be exiting as the back door is being closed - We would like to thank Tiffany and KQ2 for the complimentary passes into Mad Mary's Haunted House - It was an appropriate end to a wonderful evening.
